A great opportunity for students that won our YAM flag design! During the National Art Education Conference in Fort Worth Texas their will be a Flag Ceremony in honor of the students who were chosen for the State YAM Flag Design. This ceremony will take place on Saturday, March 9th at 11:00 a.m. For a quick overview they can arrive at the convention center at 10:00 a.m. when the exhibits open.  They will be able to walk around and enjoy.  At 11:00 a.m. the ceremony will start.  It will take approximately and hour.  The exhibits are open until 3:00 p.m. The families are also invited to the Amon Carter of American Art.  They offer free admission and each student will get a coupon for a family gift bag.  They will also have signage at the front to welcome YAM winners.  We wanted to give them the opportunity to do something extra in Fort Worth that would not cost extra.

Thank you Kris Bakke for keeping us informed!

This is all the information we have as of now in regards to the Ceremony we will keep you update as we learn more!
