Saturday, April 27th, 9am-2pm
Holden Fine Arts, UW-Superior
Loosen up and make your mark in our drawing studio at UW-Superior! We’ll play with three different drawing exercises that will help to free up the perfectionist in our students of all ages (example photos attached). Work on a collaborative chalk mural and two portrait drawing processes that will use alternative drawing tools. If you’d like to continue after lunch we will visit the Tweed Museum of Art where the current “Intersections” exhibit is on display, featuring a selection of contemporary artworks by 19 Minnesota-based Native artists.
Lunch will be provided. Free for WAEA members and non-members. Great way to meet and collaborate with other art instructors at the end of the school year!
RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org (or reply to this email) by Wednesday, April 24th to reserve your spot!
