![]() I was raised in La Crosse Wisconsin by two incredible Teacher/Artist parents. We owned an Art Gallery and were surrounded by artists, art patrons, and art students. I received my Masters in Art Education at U. W. Madison and taught for 9 years in the Madison Metropolitan School District. After spending 15 years at home raising my 2 daughters I returned to teaching art, K-12, in Albany Wisconsin. My passion for working with children and art has found a new path as I have adopted a T.A.B./Choice Art Curriculum. A student-directed pedagogy based on the readings and guidance of Katherine M Douglas, Diane B. Jaquith, and Nan E. Hathaway.
